Mei Li Moo King, ’23, is a planner with an aptitude for mathematics. As an international student at Meredith, she found opportunities to explore her interests and, with minors in statistics and data science, accepted a position after graduation at Credit Suisse as a risk analyst.
Wings student Dora Fromer, ’23, chose to attend Meredith to strengthen her design skills. She gained confidence as a designer and personally through experiences that included multiple internships and studying abroad in Italy.
Alison Bunce, ’22, used the skills she learned as a communication major to help pets find new homes.
Fulbright recipient Briana Petrusa, ‘21, is combining her interests in chemistry and Spanish to pursue a career in medicine helping underserved populations.
Exercise and Sports Science major Lauren Grodi, ’20, used her strengths at Meredith as volleyball team captain, student researcher, and intern. She continues to use them while earning her doctorate in physical therapy at East Carolina University.
Religious and ethical studies major Ellie Jones, ’20, will continue her studies at the University of Montana in Missoula, where she will pursue an M.A. in environmental philosophy with full funding and a teaching assistant position.
Fareena Qamar, ʼ20, gained important job experience and knowledge through internships while at Meredith which led her to accept a position with Morgan Stanley.
As a United States Marine Corps veteran Sheila Thomas, ’19, knows what it means to be strong. Through StrongPoints and a supportive Meredith community, she grew even stronger and more determined.
Mimi Mays, ՚20, has enjoyed a variety of experiences, including studying abroad and participating in Moot Court, which will help prepare her to attend law school.
Through her time at Meredith College, Jada Labriado, ’19, has grown in her confidence and independence, planning to use her double major in biology and communication to pursue a career in dentistry.
